Oh Monday...
...
WCR: Some Ps in place. Little girl isn't eating well this morning. I tried feeding her a crumb of cypro in a Pill Pocket, but she didn't want anything to do with the Pill Pockets. UGH! Unfortunately, I had to "force" it into her mouth. I did not shove it down her throat...just placed it in her mouth and let her chew it and reluctantly swallow it. She's eating a little better now, but I have to hold her bowl for her. So sassy. She hasn't peed yet this morning, which is unusual. If she's absorbed her fluids by tonight, I'll see about giving her 100mL. Our allergies are on fire with all of this tropical storm rain...little watery, itchy eyes.
Is it suggested that I give Shasta Ondansetron every day? Or Cerenia? This would be so much easier if my vet would write us a script for Ondansetron.
On average, I was giving her either Cerenia or Ondansetron every other day. Again, I've been holding back from the Ondansetron because I don't have it readily available.
Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!
