WCR: Most Ps in place. Pee, Poop, small Purrs, a little Preening...not big on Play. I got snuggles at bed time last night and a little wakey-wakey chatter when it was time to get up from my last summer btb. I did not give her any Cerenia this morning and she hasn't had Bupe since Friday. Her appy is ok...she finished off her FF Grilled Chicken and FF Chicken this morning, but hasn't eaten much since. I may give her 1/4 tab Cerenia tonight, but I'll see how she does with her daytime fuds. I was just about to head off to my classroom when I noticed my "check engine" light & "VSC" light came on. Since today is my last day of freedom, I guess that means I should head off to the dealership and get this squared away before tomorrow. :arghh: Depending on how long I have to sit there, I'll head up to my classroom afterwards and try to get a little more work done before all of our crappy meetings start tomorrow.

Thank you, Amy, Michelle, Elise, Carla & Melissa for checking in on us yesterday. I was hoping to get back on the board last night, but started ripping out a chorus dress zipper that I need to replace and it took so much longer than I expected. I had made several repairs on that zipper in the past and I did a darn good job because it was a beast to take out!! Shasta sends her love and thanks everyone for the vines and love. Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Glad she is making progress. Don't stop nausea meds until normal eating. I've done it too soon and regretted it. Sorry freedom is ending. I remember that feeling only too well. I hope the meetings aren't as boring and redundant as ours always were. :bighug:

Good luck with the car. At least it happened before you are back to work.

All seems to be headed in the right direction! Good.

I sure do remember the harsh reality of school starting again. In some ways, exciting; in many others, so darn depressing. Hope your in-services pass smoothly and quickly. Ear buds may help!

Thanks, ladies! Shasta was in a great mood when I got home tonight. She was social, chatty, lovey & her sweet self. Right now, I'm feeling comfortable giving her squids every other day even though my vet really wanted me to give her 100mL every day. She isn't absorbing them fast enough for every day. I'll pick up a new bag tomorrow after meetings. @tiffmaxee & @pollydoodle - our meetings are horrible. Yet another new teaching method/model being forced down our throats. This one is promised to revolutionize teaching. :banghead: My iPad is all charged up. ;) I didn't get much done at work today because students kept dropping by to say HI. It's a good thing I like my students or else...I'd seriously work on being the crazy old cat lady. :p The car is ok. The diagnostic test didn't know anything wrong (3 indicator lights were flashing at me). So they unplugged the connector thing and replugged it and all was good again...$50 later. They did give me a loaner car so that I didn't have to sit at the dealership, so that was nice. Ok, one more poke and then off to sleep. Maybe I'll have time to play on the board tomorrow during our meetings...as long as they send administrators around to check on us. :bookworm:
