WCR: Most Ps in place. Pees, poops, purrs & preening are present, but she's not eating as well today and I don't think she's feeling very good today. I'm feeling extra guilty because I should have picked up another bag of squids yesterday, but I got wrapped up in cleaning out some files draws in my office and before I knew it, it was 5:15pm and the vet closes at 5:30. Couldn't even get them on the phone to ask about picking them up today. So, I ran by their office today and their closed. Normally, their open on Saturdays, at least for a few hours. Now, the earliest I can get fluids into her will be Monday. I did give her 1/4 tab Cerenia this morning, but I'm wondering if I should give her .02mL Bupe tonight. She's been doing so well since all the scary stuff last week...I hate setbacks. Several times over the past few days, she's felt good enough to jump up onto the bathroom countertop and demand pets. Today, she's back to being quite lethargic. :( So irritated with myself. grrrrrrr.

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Bummer on the fluids. They can make a big difference. When I had fluid boys, I always picked up a new bag whenever I opened the last one I had. One bag in progress and one bag in reserve. Learned that the time I didn't close the set line well enough and the whole bag of fluids leaked out on my closet floor!

Hope Shasta makes a quick turnaround for you. She's been doing so well.
