His amps is influenced by a little food that he didn't finish last night. I doubt it was enough to do much though.

DM has the cardio visit today unless it gets cancelled. I'm dreading more bad news.

Vines and prayers to all in need with extras for Tricia's four and all beams and kitties in need. We could use all you can muster too. Thanks to all that are keeping us in your prayers. :bighug:

Nice cycle for Max today!!

Not sure what to say about the cancelled appointment.....I guess it depends a lot on the reason why I guess.

Leaves you not knowing if there might have been good news or bad news (or no news). As my mom says though, good news will wait and bad news will refuse to leave.

Sending vines and hugs for you and your dear mom :bighug:

Not knowing is often worse than finding out it's bad. I'm so sorry your mom doesn't want to see the doctor. I'm sure it's causing you and your sister a lot of angst.

How nice that Max is surfing so beautifully. Good boy - that's how to help your mamabean!

Tricia, we do know. Her doctor made it clear there wasn't anything more he can do. The monitor she wore for 5 days confirmed it. For now the meds are working the best that they can. The echo showed how bad it is.

Yes, Max was a good boy today.

What a good boy Max is!! Can't ask for much better in the way of nice, safe cycles....now just keep it up for mama!!

Sounds like we're both in pretty much the same boat, Elise....Mom's doctor says her valve is letting about 82% of the blood slosh back into the atrium leaving little to be pumped from the ventricle into her body which is why she's so easily tired and SOB

I'm lucky that mom doesn't fight me on doctors though....if I tell her she's going, she goes without complaint

All we can really do is hope that the time they have with us is as good as it can be....sending hugs and vines for you, your mom and your entire family :bighug:

Thanks Chris. I wish your mom would do the evalve procedure. It really gave my mom some quality years. Now it's leaking around the clips and her other valve has narrowed. It really isn't a bad procedure. It's like getting an angiogram.

The lab comes out to draw her blood. Her doctor really wouldn't do much. She will likely go next week.
