Yesterday's condo

We are all still getting used to not having Ivy and Fern around. I think the stress from the last few days is catching up to me and I am just plain exhausted and starting to feel sick. I have a piercing headache and I think I might just go back to bed for a bit.

Mandarin is bouncing to the moon after he spend about 5 minutes in the lagoon yesterday. Walter isn't far behind. :( I still don't get what happened to Mandarin. He was never a particularly bouncy cat before. But ever since he came out of remission, everything seems to have changed. Thankfully, he seems to be feeling well and was in a cuddly mood this morning. Between him and Iris, I had the hardest time getting out of bed.

Flora has successfully talked Sparrow into playing with her and the two of them were chasing each other through the house at full speed as the rest of us were laying around. :rolleyes: Once she's tired though, Flora loves to cuddle up with her sister. Here's the sweet picture I snapped last night.

They're so cute. Sending prayers for Iris. I hope the boys come back down today. I've read that when a cat comes back from remission things can change with how they react to insulin. I hope you get some rest this weekend. :bighug::bighug:
 
I'm glad Flora and Sparrow were playing:) What a super cute picture and I wouldn't want to get out of bed either. Sorry you're not feeling well and hope you do get some rest. I felt "off" yesterday afternoon and all night :confused: Sorry Mandarin is challenging since coming back but glad he's feeling good. Ok boys, please come on down slowly again today...we know you can do it. Vines and prayers for little Iris :bighug::bighug:

Amazing what pain meds and a nap can do for you. I am still not 100%, but definitely feeling better. And, according to my dogs, I was most definitely well enough to take them for a walk. Now I really need to get some papers graded...

Meanwhile, at least one of the boys decided to head down to the beach. Mandarin is still lounging around in his pink outfit and doesn't even care that it doesn't go at all with his orange coat. :oops:
 
:kiss::kiss:Super cute pic of the little ladies. I'm glad Flora is feeling well enough to play vigorously. Does this mean her stomach issues are under control? Sorry Iris still isn't doing too well. Paws crossed the treatment helps. And so sorry to hear that Ivy and Fern have been adopted, but so glad they get to stay together.

Boys, come on down nice and slow please.
