I can't believe I over slept Fritz is usually my alarm.
We were up at +7 +9 he would have had a blue AMPS if only

Since I shot an hour late this morning do I shot an hour later for PMPS? Or can I shot sooner?

I think you can move the shot 15 minutes each cycle or 30 minutes in 24 hours. Does that make sense?

Yep, you can move the shot back in 15 minute increments twice a day or by 30m once a day to get back on schedule.
