?? about psyllium

    I thought I read on a post in here if your kittys poo is hard you could give them psyllium in their food is this true and it won't hurt them ??

    Yes, you can give psyllium. However, psyllium can actually make things worse because it adds bulk. IMHO, I would try Miralax first. That adds moisture without adding bulk. Dosage varies, but 1/8 - 1/4 tsp twice per day is a good starting dose. It is flavorless, so if you are feeding wet you can just mix it into the food.
