I went to a new TailBlazers that just opened in our neighbourhood and the delightful people who owned it gave me some samples of raw cat food to try. The samples are frozen, and I thought I read somewhere that microwaving to thaw is a no-no, but I can't find that posting anywhere. Any ideas on quickly thawing these out? I'd like to try them out on my crew for their dinner.

    TIA

Depending on what type it is you can put some into a baggie and let it sit in some water...that'll help thaw it out quicker

I can thaw out the Red Dog/Blue Kat 1/2 lb packages quite quickly by just putting them in a bowl of cool water. You are right, you don't want to microwave or cook, especially anything with bone in it.
