I usually feed all of our cats but I had to leave early today so my fiance did the feeding. She mistakenly fed them the Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers cans that I keep for emergencies. What kind of set back should I expect from that?

The glucose will increase. No worries. It'll come back down again.

You might want to label the Gravy Lovers cans with a black magic marker. Either with the carb percent,or simply HC for high carb in large letters.

If it happens again you could try and offset it by feeding a zero carb food for the rest of the day (like grilled chicken) or at least a lower carb food than normal.
