I ran out of needles for my 1ml syringes. I am going to use insulin syringe, so would it be 30 units on insulin syringe if I'm giving .30 on 1 ml syringe? @Sandy and Black Kitty

Correct. 30 units on a U100 syringe would be 0.3 ml

30 (thirty) units in a U100 syringe is 0.3 ml.
That would fill up a 3/10 cc insulin syringe
