Adequan + Insulin

    Asked in my condo, but no response yet. I gave Rufus his Adequan shot about 2 hours ago, subq. Is it ok to give his insulin now, but try for other side of neck scruff??

    As far as I know you shouldn't have any problem between the Adequan shoot and the insulin shoot, but I wouldn't shoot on the same place try the other side or his flank

    My adequan needle is much larger than the insulin one so I always make sure to not shoot in the same area.

    I ended up doing the Adequan in the middle, and I always alternate sides for insulin. He gets so much of that Adequan though I didn't know if they would get mixed up in there under the skin somehow! This science stuff is above my paygrade :)
