At 8:15 am this morning (took forever to get a blood drop out of his ear- I truly think I'm doing something wrong - going to research this tonight) about 3 hours after he was caught eating about 5 pieces of kibble he "found" where we feed our female cat (she over turned the bowl and I thought I got it all up) and very shortly after his breakfast (wet low carb) he was 235. Gave him ONE unit of the insulin. Can not get home today from work - so will be testing him tonight (pre-shot). Looks like 1 unit is working OK right now - ideally where do you all like to see numbers? First thing AM? etc.

well if you want to do a curve we like to see amps, +2 +4 +6 +8 pmps
but just for daily check spread it around until you get a good idea of his nadir (low point) so a +4 next day a +5 next day a +6 and so on. eventually you'll know his nadir.
