THanks I read up on Golden Paste I am going to make a batch and give a little to her everyday and to myself DO you put cinnamon on yours??

 

No cinnamon. Just organic coconut oil, organic black pepper & organic turmeric. If you do decide to use cinnamon, make sure you use ceylon and not cassia. (cassia is what is normally found in supermarkets and is toxic in high quantities). I did try to give Bronx ceylon cinnamon since it is known to lower blood sugar but he didn't go near any food with it in it.
