so it would appear that Truffles is really reacting to his insulin which is making it difficult to dose. After his hypo 2 days ago I am being cautious. Just as well, as he was 289 this am gave .75 checked +6 and he’s 48. Does this sensitivity mean he’s producing insulin himself? He has had his tea and he should be on the rise again now.

My cat was very sensitive to insulin for two weeks following a scary hypo. Found out the hard way when two days after I have her less than half what I normally would and wound up in the er for the second time that week.
