According to the company contact I have been corresponding with, these are "as fed" values. Notice that the flavors on Janet & Binky's charts now no longer exist under those names, and there is no longer a canned kitten food at all.

BLUE Moisture Protein Fat Fiber Ash Ca P
    Spa Select Salmon 78 10 6.5 1 2.1 0.34 0.26
    Spa Select Tuna 78 10 3.5 1 2.1 0.59 0.34
    Spa Select Turkey & Chicken 78 10 6.5 1 2.1 0.32 0.24
    Spa Select Seafood Stew 78 10 6.5 1 2.1 0.52 0.28

    Healthy Gourmet Flaked Salmon Entrée 78 10 4.5 1 2.5 0.35 0.34
    Healthy Gourmet Flaked Tuna Entrée 78 10 3.5 1 2.5 0.29 0.27
    Healthy Gourmet Flaked Chicken Entrée 78 10 5.5 1 2.5 0.35 0.34
    Healthy Gourmet Flaked Turkey Entrée 78 10 5 1 2.5 0.37 0.33
    Healthy Gourmet Healthy Gourmet SLICED Chicken Entrée 80 9 3.5 1 2.5 0.26 0.26
    Healthy Gourmet Healthy Gourmet SLICED Turkey Entrée 80 9 3.5 1 2.5 0.22 0.22

    Wilderness Wilderness Chicken 78 10 9 1.5 2.5 0.34 0.27
    Wilderness Wilderness Turkey 78 10 9 1.5 2.5 0.44 0.28
    Wilderness Wilderness 95% Salmon 78 10 9 1.5 2.1 0.6 0.38
    Wilderness Wilderness 95% Duck 78 10 9 1.5 2.1 0.16 0.14

Sorry the layout is a mess. It came to me as a nice chart, but I can't reproduce that. <sigh>

I did not ask for any information about dry foods. In fact, I made rather a point of why we preferred canned foods.

I told the company that I wanted this information for FDMB and explained a little why it mattered. I also have been talking with a salesman for Blue who seems to be fascinated with the health aspect of food (and often recommends other brands if Blue doesn't have a food that fits the bill in a particular case - or he will recommend alternatives, some "his" brand, some other brands available in the same store). He has been talking with his manager and is eager to hear how this all comes out.

This has been sent to Janet (& Binky). I hope we'll soon be seeing these flavors added to the charts and those obsolete ones removed.

It appears that the %'s are weight %. J&B's tabe is based on % calories from protein, fat and carbohydrates. In addition the values really do not make sencse. For example:
    Wilderness Chicken 78 10 9 1.5 2.5 0.34 0.27
adds up to 101.6% assuming 0% carbs.

Yes, I know there are problems. Janet is looking at the data and will let me know what else/different she needs, or if she can calculate useful numbers from these.
