I have stumbled upon another cat food database that sometimes conflicts with Dr. Pierson's. It ranks Fancy Feast poorly and shows 9Lives as high carb. It has nice pie charts, though.

Hi. Yes, nice pie charts!

I just looked at a few of the items on the best wet and dry food list. Several items did not mention carbohydrate count. I personally will stick with Dr Piersons list as it is specifically focused for diabetic cats. I also do not tend to trust info that includes "paid advertising". That is the reason I avoid YA Dry Cat food due to their "Affiliate Program"; it just rubs my the wrong way.

    Thanks for the research!

They also only use the GA (guaranteed analysis) numbers which are pretty much useless.

Dr. Pierson actually called, emailed and harassed the companies until most of them gave her the "as fed" numbers
