This is to inform you that as a preventive measure, Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies is voluntarily withdrawing all Welcome Home Duck Jerky and Duck Treats.

During a routine FDA product sampling, the company was notied that trace amounts of an antibiotic and antiviral, (that are not approved for poultry in the United States), were found in the Welcome Home Duck Jerky. While we have had no reports of pets having been harmed, we are choosing to voluntarily withdraw all Welcome Home Duck Jerky and Duck treats dated before January 22, 2017.

Customers should return their Welcome Home Duck Jerky and Duck treats to any Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies store for a full refund or exchange.

For more information, contact Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies at contactus@centinelafeed.com or (310)212-1000. We care about your pets as much as our own, so we want you to feel informed and condent with any product you purchase from Centinela Feed.
