Confused about BG numbers today

OK, I'm confused about smokys numbers today. I haven't had a chance to post them to his spreadsheet yet. Is there a way to just replace current SS with the updated one? His AMPS was 265 and his PMPS went up to 289. His numbers were showing up as lower in pm than in am. I have to do his pm shooting in about next 10 minutes. His am dose was 0.5 so don't know what happened there.

If the 2 numbers do not differ by more than 20%, they may be considered the same. This is the FDA permitted variance from a lab test value.
