Could someone review my spreadsheet?

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to see if someone more experienced could review my spreadsheet and let me know if they have any dosing suggestions. I don't think the 1.25 was enough this morning as she was starting the upwards climb after only a few hours...thoughts?
She also has Cushing's Disease if that makes a difference.

I'm not sure how Cushing's affects insulin response. The blues today are very nice. There's still a little room to drop so you could try 1.5 u again. Try not to switch dose too often. Keep a dose at least 3 or 4 cycles unless she goes too low.

 

Yeah she was back in the 200s this morning so I went back to 1.5.
