My diabetic kitty Casanova has very bad dandruff because of his condition. Is there anyway to make it any better?

    Thanks!

when he starts to get regulated on the insulin, it will clear up. Maui had it too and with the food change from dry to wet food and insulin, it cleared up.

give it time and have patience.

    Yup, agree with Hillary.

If your kitty is oily and dandruffy and will allow it, you can bathe him with a cat shampoo to help get some of the oil and flakes off. Dirty fur is very prone to matting.

A little brushing will help in the meantime, esp if he's not keen on bathing...
