? Dosing advice needed for shot in 1 hour

    After a particularly long bounce, Frankie is coasting along nicely in the blues tonight. Just took his blood at +10 and he is 5.8 (104). He has dropped slightly from +9 when he was 6 (108). Not going up at all yet. If at aMPS he is at similar numbers, should I shoot, and if so what dose? Stalling is not an option as I leave for work straight after his shot and the sitter will not be turning up until 6 hours later.
