Louie had been OTJ for almost three weeks. I tested his bg tonight and it was 53, which is consistent. I noticed tonight that he was drooling. No other weird behavior, just noticed when he crawled into bed and I started petting his face. Do I need to be concerned?

Both my civies drool, when I go to bed at night, Otis climbs in with me and kneads, purrs and drools while I pet him and give him scritches. In the morning while I drink my coffee in bed, Coco snuggles into my neck and drools on my hair.

A lot of cats drool when they're all relaxed and content but keep an eye on it because it can also indicate dental issues. If BG stays down and appy stays up you're probably ok

Does it smell awful? Dental infection can reek pretty badly.
If you lift the lips, do you see reddening at the gums, or tartar on the teeth? Those would indicate time for a dental.
If just a happy kitty kneading and drooling, that can be normal behavior.
