I have some Walmart brand pate food that I feed a sweet cat that someone dumped, wanna make sure she is getting extra water during this heat wave ( can’t let her in around skittles until she is tested )

My question is..... Anyone know if the carb count is low enough to feed it to skittles ? I’ve NEVER run out of food, only have 2 cans left of FF. My car will be fixed in the morning. I thought I stocked up enough, w 60 cans 5 days ago! I free feed, but rethinking that. Didn’t realize until now how much I throw away. He licks off the juice off , it dries out and I throw it away.

Can he eat canned tuna? Or what else human food is safe?

The Special Kitty pate's are low carb

Canned tuna is fine for an emergency as long as it doesn't contain any onion or garlic (you'd be surprised how much of it does)…..it's not a complete diet though so you don't want to make a habit of it

As far as it drying out, I just add more water and they eat it!

For some reason that doesn’t work, but putting parmesan cheese on it once in while work
