Food Recommendations for Beef Allergies

I am looking for some wet food recommendations for my sugarbaby Big John. He is allergic to beef and buffalo and may have asthma. I am currently using Nature's Variety Instinct canned but he does not care too much for any of those - picks around at them. I have also tried some of the Holistic Selects (ho-hum) and sometimes he will eat Wellness Turkey & Duck. He loves FF and Friskies which he can't have anymore since they have meat by-products. I do try to use the Food Chart but so far have not found anything he is enthused about. He is a big boy but a very picky eater!
