    I love Friskie and missie
    Very much they are mother and son Friskie is the big cat He has diabetes and missile is healthy thank God.

    I just started friskie back on lantus insulin his glucose is still high I tested him this morning it was 368 I started him on a small dose how long does it take for his level to go down?

    Welcome. Every cat is different. Please start a spreadsheet. We look at them for dosing advice. It would also be helpful to add a signature containing type of insulin, dose, when first diagnosed, whether TR or SLGS, other medical issues, type of meter, food you are feeding, etc.
