If I have to skip a shot, could the unused dose sit in the fridge for twelve hours?

I am inclined to play it safe and discard a dose I can't give within an hour or so of filling the syringe. But I hate throwing stuff out.

We all hate wasting it but syringes have a lubricant in the seal that can affect the insulin. I know it's tempting but better safe than stupid.

Sounds good. I wasn't so much tempted as wanting to be sure I wasn't being unnecessarily wasteful. Thanks!!!
