My cat, Mr. T. was diagnosed with diabetes on Feb 5 and had his first shot of 1.5 units of insulin that day. the doctor increased his dose to 2 units on Feb 25. I finally had a chance to stay home and take his bg every few hours. How do I interpret these numbers?

My apologies for your lonely post here. I see Jen got you on the health forum.
This is a quiet forum, made even quieter by the vetsulin warnings and people changing insulins so quickly from the short acting ones as you have and vetsulin to longer lasting and more gentle options, lantus and levemir.

There is a lot of info still needed to be able to really get an idea of what is going on for you, but if you wanted to share more of your tests etc, I will be back later to have a look.

I do encourage you to check out the longer lasting options though...they make all this so much easier.
