Just gave first initial dose of Lantus. I will be checking blood glucose levels every 2 hours. What range(number) is consider getting too low or a number where I need to worry and get the hypo Kit?

Hi! I would suggest posting on the Lantus Forum and putting a ? question mark in front of your title (from the drop down box). That will get more eyes on you. There are also several yellow stickies on that forum to assist you with choosing a specific protocol to follow with Lantus. It is also a very busy forum so keep bumping up your question.

Fabulous that you are testing every 2 hours. You will get some good info that way to get you started.
