insulin injection video

I saw such a good video showing insulin injection, somewhere on this site, which i wanted to leave for our cat-sitter, but now can't find it. Can anyone direct me?

oops. This is what i was thinking of, but I see this is about testing vs. giving insulin. Still looking for one about giving insulin. (if there is not one recommended here, i will find one on youtube.)

 

My video shows how to test but not how to do an injection of insulin.
