hi....I am a single mama of a 14 year old civvie female, Sophie, and a 13 year old male diabetic, Tazz. He was diagnosed 3 years ago and has been on ProZinc now on 3 units twice daily. he is overweight but was always a food lover.
Get discouraged with home testing.. through the Facebook groups feline diabetes and sugarcats I learned that was wrong. the issue is I can't seem to do the home testing. he fights me to no end and I'm at my wits end with it. any help would be appreciate

Hi fellow nj person! Each time you attempt to test offer a treat she only gets fo testing. Hopefully she will start to associate the test with positive things and be more cooperative

I'm in bergen county. Will he let you touch the paws? Some people test on the paw pads.

Have you tried desensitizing him to having his ears touched without testing?
