Foster Jacob is OTJ - 3 weeks now with no insulin and his numbers are never above 90.

He DOES still have FIV and a mild heart defect. Cardiologist saw some thickening in the left ventricle, which could be indicative of early stage HCM (Hypertrophic Cardio Myopathy). He also has a low-grade heart murmer. We need to wait 3 months, then get a repeat ultrasound to confirm diagnosis and map out a way forward.

Jacob is a VERY very loving cat, free with offering tight hugs and biscuit massages. He adores people and is wonderful with cats, dogs and kids. While here, he has been a favorite one of our therapeutic cats, visiting care facilities on our pet therapy program.

Jacob still is waiting for and deserves a purr-ever home, though! Just wanted to give you all an update, and keep him out in front of everyone.
