Levemir Potency Question

My sis-in-law sent an unrefrigerated open Levemir pen to me in the mail. My question is, since the pen was unrefrigerated for the 3 days of shipping time, how long would it probably be good for? I put it in the fridge as soon as I got it but am worried about the 3 days it took to get here. Thanks.

Otherwise, it may or may not be OK. You'll only know it you use it.
