This morning Spooky threw up a little bile, but seemed okay otherwise. I checked his bs, he ate and had his shot. I gave him .40U this AM, which I’m wondering if that may have been too much for a 276 bs. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not sure why you are questioning the dose. :)The AMPS today is virtually the same as yesterday and it appears you shot 3 hours early yesterday morning given the late shot the night before. I think Spooky should be fine as long as there is no more vomiting and he is willing to eat and keeping food down. If you can get a +2 or +3 test, it will give you an idea of how fast BG is dropping.

Thank you for replying! Sometimes I get a little scared giving his insulin because I don’t want him to go too low. Spooky & I are pretty new to this.

That's quite OK. I understand. Just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something! ;)
