Looking for a vet in Olympia, WA who is knowledgeable in feline diabetes. My cat has been diagnosed and the vet was horrible to me last night and sent me home with no treatment.

I do not live in your area so I cannot recommend a specific vet - however, I will say that if your regular vet does not seem knowledgeable or is not explaining things well enough for you to understand, I would recommend seeing an Internally medicine vet. They are better versed in more complicated conditions (although diabetes isn’t necessarily that complicated, but they are usually good with managing this.)

    I hope this help.

Here is the site for the American Association of Feline Practitioners - while it doesn't guarantee a great vet, at least it indicates a vet who has taken an interest in feline medicine. I also agree with the option for internal medicine vet if one is available in your area
