low carb number

What is the carb # that I should stay under using the food charts?

I always stay under 5 not sure what others do, I think it’s under 10

Thanks! My picture is my 1rst diabetic Sara. She was a beauty! Hep was my 2nd. They have both since passed. I have two cats now and they aren't diabetic. I am helping a friend who has a clinic and one of the cats is diabetic. Trying to get her some information. I'm a little rusty. Thanks again for your help!

Definitly under 10. I stay under 5-6 unless I'm steering allow number up.
