Oliver usually runs in the 300s AMPS and bus PMPS are always lower, but the last couple of evening they have been really low. Last night 65 and tonight 97. Any recommendations? I didn’t not shoot last night and I will not tonight. I’m wondering if I’m giving too much insulin in the AM. Any help is appreciated! I’m still new to this ...

You could try lowering your am dose so you will have two shootable numbers.

Yes, I think the 3 u dose is too high. As Janet said, you want two pre shot numbers that are high enough to give insulin. It's best to give the same dose AM and PM, especially when your kitty is newly diagnosed and you're trying to figure all this out. Maybe try 2 u AM and PM to see if it helps?
