I know if I'm going to give Stinky B12, it needs to be methyl B12, but does it matter which brand/kind? I'm not sure whether I'll be able to find it in a store here in the middle of nowhere, or whether I'll be ordering online, but I will need it to be reasonably priced. Can he & I take the same one, or will I need to get separate pills for myself? (I have neuropathy/neuralgia related to my epilepsy.)

I use LifeLink Xobaline for myself and used it for Angus as well. LifeLink now makes a version specifically for cats called Zobaline. The difference is the cat version has no flavors or sweeteners. You could use the Zobaline for both of you if you don't mind unsweetened, unflavored pills.

It doesn't really matter which brand or kind as long as it doesn't have any undesirable ingredients.
