I'm leaving for out of town tonight at 4 and will be back around 4 tomorrow. Kitty gets her shots at 9am/9pm. She receives 2u and is on average high 200s right before shot time. Would it be best to skip the 9:00 this morning, give it to her at 4:00pm today and 9pm tomorrow to get her back on track to our routine? I know I've ready late is always better than early. (There will be someone at the house to feed her but she's never doesn't the test/shot thing and isn't comfortable with it). (Sorry, I don't have my SS set up yet for you to look at)

That extended time between shots is fine unless your cat has had problems with DKA in the past.

It's new to us. She started insulin on saturday so no past problems yet.
