Need help with attaching spreadsheet

I have been a member for months now but rarely post and had not done a spreadsheet. I finally did one and there is no way my little brain can work around how to attach it. I put it in my signature so I had to delete most of the information I had because of space restrictions and it still doesn't work. I used the information in the sticky but it still does not show up. Can anyone help me....my brain is in a constant state of fog!!!
