New: Peyton's recent BG levels

I downloaded the google drive app to my phone and have been busy updated the kidney group with his latest labs and ordering supplements, supplies etc. I will update the spreadsheet ASAP but wanted to get these results to you.
Recap:
Was at vet all week until mid Friday. Started Lanrus Tuesday PM

Vet told me to give him 2u twice a day. They gave him 2u's Lantus at the vet yesterday morning. At 5:00 BG was 166 and at 9:30 it was 131 so I didn't shoot.

This morning at 9:45 (before meal) BG read "Hi" meaning above 600.
Gave 1.5u Lantus (maybe I should have shot 2u?)
He ate two small meals of Hill's AD at 9:45 and 10:20
BG at 11:50 still read "hi"

I have left work and am headed home to check on him. I will update the spreadsheet and check his BG again

 

I would test yourself to help check the meter out. The Hi is strange considering the previous 166 and 191

 

I checked myself with it last week and it was working fine. At the vet he was reading 600+ in the mornings. I tested him again a bit ago (3:30) and BG was 330
