I've been saying the "normal" range for feline glucose on lab reports (or the AT2) is 71-159 or 72-175, depending on the lab. Now I realize it looks like the range must have changed between 2016 and 2017, for all labs. The 2 lab reports I have for this year both say 71-159. All my old lab reports say 72-175.

Which lab are you getting results from? ELID (each lab is different). Last year I had both 72-180 (True North) and 72-175 (Idexx) be the normal range, but from different lab companies. The 72-175 (Idexx) is the same this year as last year. In 2013, their range was 72-144 but in 2014 it changed to 72-175.

Yum's March 9 2017 IDEXX labs say 71-159. Her 2016 and before IDEXX labs said 72-175 (for as many as I checked).
A civvie had blood work done in April this year. I thought it was a different lab, but now I see it was also IDEXX. It also says 71-159.
I know it's silly to worry over the numbers like this. I shouldn't let them make or ruin my day.

Exactly. You just want it in that ballpark. Smack in the middle of the base isn't essential.
