DCIN posts a diabetic kitty on the blog, and they BREAK it! My new boy Baloo hasnt had insulin since yesterday morning. He does not like hometesting, no he does not. But what do I get last night? 138. This morning I think oh I am going to get a high number. uh.. 113.

It is too soon to tell of course..

Darn it. I hate when that happens

Venita told me when I complained about Sweet Potato being broken that we do have a policy where we will gladly send you a new FD in addition to your broken one.

No returns. They just send a new one and let you keep the broken one. What color would you like Lisa? They have many to chose from.

Glad he is doing well in his new home :)

But I was going to offer my unbroken Kiki :( She would fit in a mid size suitcase. I have a bunch of broken ones but I'll keep them.

I adopted a broken diabetic last year too - right when Venita was going to put him on the blog. He was really unwell for months at the shelter (2 units of humilin N shot blind) so I fostered him. He tested at 50 preshot his first day with me and hasn't had a drop since. Great post today.

    You guys crack me up!
