    Hi again!

Today has been a whirlwind, complete with a dip close to scary low BG levels for Reece. Now, I’m not sure what to do about her PM dose. Her PMPS is 182, you can check her spreadsheet for all her numbers, but AMPS was 159, and she dipped as low as 67 at +3. That was on .75u of Vetsulin, down from 1u, which is what I had been giving her.

Do you think I should go with .75u again tonight, or drop it even lower to .5u?

    TIA!

    Suzi and Reece

Ended up doing .5u. I waited too long to post my question and had to make a decision before it got past meds time. I will take a +2 and before bed BG to see how she is reacting. Nervous for tomorrow as I can’t stay home from work again!

She would likely have been fine with 0.75 u again but you have to do what you're comfortable doing. An automatic feeder might be a good thing for you to have when you have to be at work.
