Review my spreadsheet?

    I posted this on the main forum but thought I should cross post on the vetsulin forum as well. Apologies if we aren't supposed to do that and remove it if necessary :)

    I'm trying to see if I'm on the right track with dosing, could some of you review my spreadsheet? She was just diagnosed a couple of weeks ago and the vet had me on 5u daily but after learning about this forum etc. I've decreased it.
