Shiloh, almost 11 months OTJ

    She has been worrying me the last week or so. She has been drinking more, and sleeping a lot. I checked her on Tuesday, about an hour after she ate, 106. Wednesday, about an hour before dinner, 92. Today about +6, 67! Whew! Figured out it is just unbelievably f***** hot and DH hasn't been putting as much water in the food as I do.

    Yes, it may just be the heat.

    That said, though -
    When was the last time her renal function were checked?
    Has there been any weight loss?
    Has there been any increase in urination?

    No increase in urination, and definitely no weight loss. It's been about a year since her last renal check.

    Good. That supports that it is just the requirement for more water in elevated levels of heat.
