Hi! I just have a quick question because I don't really remember the answer. Ziggy is due for a vet visit tomorrow at 3 PM (just a checkup) and I'm wondering if I should give him his insulin shot in the morning (usually I give it at 7:45 AM). I feel like the answer is yes, but I don't know if the vet wants to see him in a "neutral" state, if that makes sense. Any advice would be appreciated!

Oh, and I'm going to see if I can bring up the possibility of starting Ziggy on Lantus. I don't think I technically need to bring it up, but I just want to see what the vet thinks.

If it's just a checkup, there's no reason I can think of not to give his usual insulin shot
