Should I give insulin?

    At last I managed to get the blood that is necessary for the glucometer (for humans) to work...But what a surprise, it showed 94! That was 15 min. before feeding and 45 min before the insulin. I fed Balou and 15' after feeding I tested again, I got 100! I didn't give her insulin (I was supposed to one hour ago). Was that a right decision? What should I do now? It's midnight here and I can't call the vet. (I started insulin on Monday, twice daily, her blood sugar was 327)

    You did fine. No shot below 200 mg/dL on a human glucometer. If you'll post in Feline Health, you'll get more feedback. Folks seldom post here.

    Thank you for the reply. I thought I should post here since I use caninsulin. I'll post in Feline Health from now on.
