My Honey gets a 2-unit morning and evening dose of Novolin. I will be out of town this weekend and I wondered if it is okay for him to miss an 1 evening and 1 morning dose while I am gone. I have a neighbor who will feed him, but my neighbor is not okay with giving the injections.

Thanks for any advice you can suggest.

People will probably need to look at your spreadsheet before giving advice. Do you have one?

without knowing your honey's current average BG numbers it is hard to say but, if they are in lower range (under 200), missing 2 doses should be fine however her numbers may go up some because of missed dose so don't be tempted to up her dose when you get back to compensate for it..

Thank you, Rardito. I'm new to all of this and I do not have a spreadsheet for Honey.
