    Gave skinny .25 Lantus shot at 8:40. He was at 208. Now tested him and he's 147h

    How many hours since the shot? That will let is evaluate where he is.

    Its all about when the insulin was given, when did it start to kick into effect, when did the effect peak (nadir = lowest glucose post-shot), when does it start wearing off, etc.
