Scratches was 198. Do I shoot? Her spread sheet is updated.

Update: no shot this morning. I won't be home today to test her. Now I'll need advice on her shot tonight. I was advised maybe to cut her dose because she went down to 90 last night +6 after pm shot. She's at .75 units. Should I just stick with the .75 tonight (as long as pre shot is high enough) or should I reduce her dose?

Just a suggestion here... you may want to post in the Lantus forum when you need dosing advice rather than in the main health forum.

There's a lot of rules and regulations for all things diabetes and I'm new. There's a lot to learn.

We all had lots to learn in the beginning and I’m still learning! If you start posting in the Lantus forum the folks there are better able to help you with dosing since they are so experienced in that insulin.
